The Federal target program accepted in 2001 (FTP) " Modernization of transport system of Russia (2002-2010) " provides simultaneous development of all universal types of transport of the general(common) using which are carrying out commercial transportations of passengers and cargoes.
In FTP the subroutine " the International transport corridors " (MTK/ITC), determining priority development of the international transport communications in territory of Russia is included.
World(Global) experience of use of logistical technologies shows, that for maintenance of quality of transportations between the national and international economic centers with smaller terms and transport expenses, in zones of a joint various MTK/ITC creation of the transport consolidating centers (TCC) with corresponding(meeting) arrangement for various types of transport and gruzopererabatyvayushchej an infrastructure is necessary.
Creation TCC will be significant stimulus of economic development of the Samara region as large industrial centre of Russia, with powerful railway and aviation in the transport units developed by networks of automobile highways and large river ports.
